I retired in October 2011 and moved here from Ohio. Absolutely love it here and my retirement years have been the best here at Latitude at Wescott. I have seen five different owners throughout these past 13 years and I have to say the group now are very special. I feel like they have made it like "family life" and I am truly happy with the shopping across the road within walking distance. I could go on and on, but trust me, they are here to make us "happy and safe to be here". The staff want and make my stay here their goal and I trust they have done an excellent job.

When I first moved in a year ago I was a little sketched out by all the bad reviews, the last property management company couldnt have cared less about things. The new staff however, along with the grounds keepers are amazing. Much more communication and willingness to help. I havent come across a single issue that hasnt been resolved, being courteous and patient goes a long way and it sure has come back around. Looking forward to another year here.

I have lived here since the beginning of February 2024. I have had nothing but a positive experience. If you follow the rules and be courteous, as you should always be, then you will have a similar experience while living here. The staff are friendly and always accommodating, willing to help you out in every way they know possible. Please understand that people run to the comments when things don't go their way. This place holds their tenants accountable, elevating the tenant population. Overall, HIGHLY recommend at least checking the place out.
