We've been living here since 9/2023. Moving in, at first there was some misinformation from THEN staff. Jay was not completely honest about some things, which we later found out. He actually left 2 weeks after we moved in. Since being here, the new staff, Tiarra, Chayla and I believe her name is Megan ( I know it's not correct) lol anyway when they first took over, they were met with many challenges, new system, back dated maintenance requests, and no real maintenance team. When I finally spoke to Tiarra...let's just say, the patience, empathy, understanding and professionalism she gave has not changed since our first conversation. This young lady took care of the needs of this community along with the other ladies in the office. I believe in giving ppl grace and if you're a renter, you know they have many transitions in apartment communities. The ppl left to pick up the slack and helping deserves grace. They got their maintenance team together and Al was just a month on the job, but he to, was professional and knowledgeable about anything I needed to have done. I had a shower door issue and we waited for awhile, but they kept us updated about the shower door and when they were coming. Not one time have I ever called or sent an email that I was met with sighs and attitude. NOT ONCE. I know I was sickening. lol I emailed about the lighting in my breezeway, and how dark it was around the area. Same week, we had bright lights throughout our first floor breeze way. Gradually, the parking lot started looking brighter at night, then cameras, then landscaping was coming twice a week. During the weekday and on Saturdays. Valet trash was a good until it wasn't, then we got someone new and we are good now. Just this past week (3/28/25), landscaping didn't do their due diligence and I took pics and sent an email to the office. I was irritated due to me having to sweep the breeze way with all that pollen. 4/1/25, Tiarra came back from vacay and she handled this situation and on 4/2, the breeze way looks great. I know I will have a house one day, but you have treat where you live like it is YOUR house. I care about my surroundings and how every thing looks. I greatly appreciate the staff for everything they do. I have read the reviews before I moved in and afterwards and I can tell you, each person has their own experience, but my experience has been great and truth be told, if the owners switch up on us and get a new staff... we're out. If it ain't broke, don't try to fix it. Thanks ya'll!
